Yes. Caeros Thrift is our in-house resale brand, featured alongside other independent vendors.

2. Shopping on Caeros

How do I place an order?
Browse products, add to cart, checkout — easy and unified. If you shop from more than one vendor, items may be delivered separately.

Can I shop from different sellers in a single checkout?
Yes. One cart. One payment. Multiple vendors.

Do you offer express delivery?
If express delivery is available for your order or location, you’ll see the option during checkout.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery timelines depend on product location, fulfillment speed, and logistics partners. Estimated delivery is shown at checkout.

3. Vendor & Seller Process

How can someone become a vendor on Caeros?
Vendors do not create accounts or upload products themselves. They contact our team for review. Once approved, we onboard them and provide a form to submit product details.

Do vendors list products themselves?
No. Caeros manages all product uploads and storefront setup. Vendors only provide product photos, pricing and description via our submission form.

Why does Caeros list products on behalf of vendors?
To maintain consistent quality, photography standards, accurate descriptions, and a smooth user shopping experience.

Can vendors update product info later?
Yes. They can request pricing or stock changes anytime, and our team updates the listing for them.

Does Caeros charge vendors?
Yes. A small platform fee applies per sale — covering marketplace maintenance, marketing, hosting, and payment processing.

4. Product Listings

Are all products second-hand?
No — we host thrift pieces, handmade creations, boutique items and small-brand collections. Listings are labelled by type and seller.

How do products get added to the site?
After vendor approval, they submit item details through a form (images, pricing, quantity, category, etc.) and we upload them to the marketplace.

What quality control measures do you use?
We curate vendors, review images, verify product condition and ensure accurate descriptions before listings go live.

5. Payments & Payouts

How can I pay for items?
We support secure online card payments and local mobile wallet payments where available.

Are there extra buyer fees?
No additional charges except standard delivery fees shown at checkout.

How are vendors paid?
Payouts are processed after successful order completion and buyer confirmation.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Pick-ups

How does delivery work on Caeros?
We collect inventory from all active vendors every Friday, sort and package them together, and ship on Saturday.

Orders placed after Friday 6PM move into the next week’s cycle and will be shipped the following Saturday.

When will my order arrive?
Standard Delivery:

  • Order before Friday 6PM → ships the same week Saturday
  • Order after Friday 6PM → ships next week Saturday

Are multi-vendor orders delivered separately?
No — Caeros consolidates all items from multiple vendors into one package and ships them together on the same schedule. This keeps delivery organized and cost-effective.

Do you offer faster delivery if I need an item sooner?
Yes. Express delivery is available and ships within 2 days, outside the standard Saturday cycle.

7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Can I return items I bought?
Returns depend on the product and the vendor’s policy, but all returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once the return window passes, we may not be able to process your request.

How do I request a return or report an issue?
Contact our support team within 24 hours with proof of purchase and item condition. We will guide you through the return or dispute steps based on the product.

What if I receive a wrong, damaged, or incomplete item?
Report it immediately with clear photos or video. We work directly with the vendor to resolve it quickly and fairly.
