What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including mobile money, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely. We currently also accept Cash on Delivery.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, but only under specific conditions. Returns are accepted if:
• You received the wrong item, or
• The item is significantly not as described — such as major undisclosed defects, wrong color, or incorrect condition.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there's an issue with your order.
When will I get my order?
We deliver orders only on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Once your order is placed, it takes 48 hours (2 days) to prepare before it’s ready for dispatch. Your delivery will be scheduled for the next available delivery day after the 48-hour prep time. Read more here

We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed, so cancellations or changes are not guaranteed. Please reach out to us immediately if you need help.
